Deli, Market and Catering began as Forest Lakes Produce in 1979
quickly developing a "dilly" of a reputation, for top notch
produce. In the early 1980's a vision of existing space added a deli
with counter service and shortly thereafter a salad bar. Party trays
and platters, entrees to go, wines, and specialty baked goods, grew
rapidly in popularity. In 1994 Craig and Fredda Pohl purchased Nelliešs
and added full service off-premise catering, total restructure utilization
of managers, staff and employee benefits to enable growth for individuals
and business, a natural for the new owners who were not new to the
